USAL will participate in the ErasmusDays 2024 with an event that will take place on Wednesday, October 16th, from 10:00 to 11:00 at the Faculty of Education and Tourism in Ávila.

The topics will be:

• Preview Project Presentation
• Remote Internship Presentation
• MOOC and Platform Presentation
• Q&A

USAL is currently engaged in the development of 3 MOOCs which will be part of the Preview Learning/Teaching Hub to enable platform users to acquire relevant skills and competencies for effective work in the digital realm. USAL is specifically working on these MOOCs:
1. Digital Competences for Remote Internships: Focuses on essential digital skills, online safety, and collaboration tools for remote work.
2. Soft Skills for Remote Internships: Covers leadership, communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving in virtual environments.
3. Socio-Emotional Competences for Remote Internships: Teaches emotional management, stress relief, confidence-building, and work engagement.
